1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tcademy website, courses, services, or any related platforms (collectively “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, students, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses Tcademy’s Services.
2. Description of Services
Tcademy provides:
- Online and onsite IT training courses including Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, Agentic AI, and related technologies
- Business automation consulting and setup services using third-party platforms
- Resume preparation assistance and career guidance
- Job search support and interview preparation
- Community access and live training sessions
- Business growth and lead generation services for small businesses
3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number on any Tcademy form, opt-in page, or contact submission, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Tcademy, including but not limited to:
- Service notifications and updates
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Promotional offers and course announcements
- Business automation alerts and system notifications
- Follow-up communications related to your inquiry
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To opt back in, reply START.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Tcademy.
4. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Notify Tcademy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Tcademy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Course Enrollment and Payment
5.1 Fees
Course fees, registration fees, and service charges are clearly stated at the time of enrollment. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By submitting payment information, you authorize Tcademy to charge the applicable fees.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Live sessions, completed courses, and custom consulting services are non-refundable once delivered.
5.4 Subscription Services
For monthly subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
6. Business Automation Services
Tcademy offers business automation setup and consulting services including but not limited to missed call text back systems, Google review automation, customer follow-up sequences, CRM setup and configuration, and lead capture and pipeline management.
6.1 Third-Party Platforms
Our automation services are delivered using third-party software platforms. Clients acknowledge that monthly platform fees are separate from Tcademy’s setup and service fees, platform availability and features are subject to third-party terms and conditions, and Tcademy is not responsible for third-party platform outages or changes.
6.2 Results Disclaimer
While Tcademy implements proven automation systems, we cannot guarantee specific results including but not limited to number of leads generated, revenue increases, or Google review counts. Results vary based on business type, market conditions, and client participation.
6.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information for system setup, obtaining necessary consents from their own customers before messaging, complying with all applicable laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM, and maintaining their third-party platform subscriptions.
7. Career and Job Assistance Disclaimer
Tcademy may provide resume assistance, interview coaching, and job search support. However, Tcademy does not guarantee job placement, employment, or specific salary outcomes. Course completion does not guarantee passing of any third-party certification exams. Job market conditions are outside Tcademy’s control. Career support is provided as guidance only and does not constitute professional career counseling.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tcademy website and within our courses including videos, materials, lab files, documents, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Tcademy or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Tcademy content without written permission, use Tcademy materials for commercial purposes, remove any copyright or proprietary notices, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract course materials for redistribution.
Personal use of course materials for your own learning is permitted during your active enrollment period.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Tcademy Services to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws, transmit spam or unsolicited messages, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network, harass or harm other users or Tcademy staff, upload or transmit viruses or malicious code, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
10. Privacy
Your use of Tcademy Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://tcademy.com/privacy-policy/. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Tcademy’s website and courses may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tools and platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. Tcademy is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tcademy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account, or service interruptions or technical failures beyond our control.
Tcademy’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tcademy in the 30 days preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tcademy Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tcademy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit or transmit through our Services.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Queens County, New York.
16. Changes to These Terms
Tcademy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Termination
Tcademy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Tcademy, or third parties.
